When you purchase from the store you will receive an email to confirm your order. It will then be dispatched 7-14 days after this, upon which you will receive another email to let you know you loot is on it's way. If you haven't received any of these then please check your spam folder. Payment is taken by processed and taken by Paypal.
Delivering your loot
A posting bonanza will occur once every 7-14 days. Everything goes out tracked and will need to signed for so please ensure you or someone you know and like are at the delivery address to do so. Prints are sent out in cardboard tubes hard as Chuck Norris in a bar fight so damage is pretty unlikely. If anything does get damaged then get in touch and we will go through the returns/exchange procedure seen below.
You may return or exchange your item if you are unhappy with it or it has arrived damaged, which is incredibly unlikely considering the near indestructible postal tubes used to get them to you.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to make a return you must inform us in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When making a return you must send the item using tracked delivery and with appropriate insurance as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged. The goods must also arrive back at your own expense, and your refund will exclude the original postage costs. If you wish to exchange your print an additional postage cost must be paid before we can resend. We don't cover postage on exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return address
Print care and things
Prints are treated like Kings around here so we advise you do the same. Although the ink used is 'well good' and will not fade for donkeys of years, you will see damage if your print is hung in direct sunlight. If you are framing the print you can get UV filtering glass or perspex to ensure your print is kept in tip top condition. It's also not advised to hang above radiators. It's fine to keep your print rolled in it's tube for a good length of time as it is wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Do your best to avoid getting fingers on the ink to avoid damage. Be careful when unpacking your print as they are delicate, please do so in a clean flat area. We will not be able to refund you due to damage sustained while in your care. Your print will require some gentle negotiating to uncurl the curl after it's life inside the tube. Easy does it. We dont want anyone loosing a finger.
Due to monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen, if large variations occur we will advise before shipment.
